RTSI to PFI

Any way of getting a RTSI bus line outputted to a front PFI pin, I want
to see what is actually on the RTSI bus, I have a 6608, 6533 & 6713.

Ideally I want to measure the clock from the 6608 clocks
which are directed onto the RTSI bus via one of the other cards front
patch panel.

Cheers

Ian:

I can't really offer much help other than to tell you it can be done (one of
my programmers has done it in the past)

I'm just posting as a heads-up to whoever at NI is listening-- This type of
stuff is tremendously underdocumented!

Here here!! Counter/timers have been discriminated against for ages. They need equal rights with all analogue applications.

Ian,

Here's an example that routes PFI to RTSI, but you can turn it around so that it routes RTSI to PFI. This example is geared towards an MIO board, but you can use the 6713's or 6608's counters in the same way. This example would not apply to the 6533.

Hopefully, this helps.

Erin

Can you post a version of your llb that I can open with Labview 2012?

thanks

also have a question - for anyone in discussion forum -

I have a NI6723.  On the I/O Connector Pinout, I have P0.0, ...P0.7  but nothing designated as RTSI.  Are these the RTSI lines?
