Question about the forum and my email

Every time I visit the forum ,no matter what i do,submit new messages ,search tutorials and etc,I always receive a email correspondingly.

So I can receive a lot of new emails that are not important for me.I 'd like to cancel this function,How can i config the forum,can anyone give me a hand ?

Uncheck the 'E-mail me if someone replies to this" checkbox toward the bottom of the message creation page (just below the Submit Post button). You can also set up to have the notification turned off in your member profile setup options.
