Programing automatic flight in XPlane

I need to know how to program an automatic flightin XPlane 10 using Labview 12. Whether using XPlane FMS or other method I would like to use real time defined waypoints and insert them into XPlane and make it fly through them.

Does X-plane provide any interface other than in-game user controls to program this thing?

Hello, thanks for this prompt answer.

Yes, I am able to read flight data and control Xplane's aircraft by using Labview.

Nonetheless, I am able to control it  manually only. I would like to know how to start an automatic flight and change waypoints during the flight using special algorithms programed at Labview.
