Problem with LabVIEW Run Time communicating with Access Database

I created a VI that communicate with an Access Database. When I run my VI with LabVIEW 7.1, i have no problem. Then I created a .exe and when I try it on a PC with LabVIEW Run Time 7.1 and Access 2000 RunTime, I have the error "-2147319779" Library not registered, anybody can help me?
