I am using the PXIe 6363 to generate JTAG signals.The sampling frequency is set to 10Mhz. When i was ran the VI normally,i could not see anything on the oscilloscope. When i ran the VI with the highlight execution function on( which made the VI run slowly) I could see some pulses but not what i was expecting, here the clock pulses with a frequency of 100 Hz. I am attaching a screenshot of my VI. I was trying to execute the BYPASS instruction.( I couldn't read anything back from the TDO pin either.) Any help would be highly appreciated.
