Possibility of Edge Trigger POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE ??? NI SCOPE

Hi,

I have two channels 0 and 1 which will be use to acquire positive AND negative voltage (which ever come first) -> will be record.

Based on the NI Scope (edge triggering), there is either positive OR negative configuration can be set at one time.

Thanks,

I have never seen a scope with a positive and negative trigger.  What does your signal look like?  Perhaps you can use some external circuitry to create the trigger for you (using the External Trigger option of the scope).

LeCroy Waverunner scopes have Positive, Negative and Either polarity trigger selections.

Of course "Either" really only works if you are triggering on the zero cross

(Sorry I don't have any advice for the OP)
