Porting Vision module dependencies to embedded Linux system

Dear all,

I'm currently working a project which is developed using LabView and in particularly uses Vision development module functions such as IMAQ Particle Filter 3, IMAQ GrayMorphology and IMAQ RemoveParticle etc. I need to port this software to execute in an embedded Linux system platform.

I like to find out what is the approach or how-to to port this piece of software developed on Windows PC platform to an embedded Linux system particularly in the area of handling those dependencies on NI Vision development modules like these functions IMAQ Particle Filter 3, IMAQ GrayMorphology and IMAQ RemoveParticle.

How much these functions be supported or implemented in the embedded platform?
