Plotting data from two locations on the block diagram on the same graph

If you believe that your code requires stacked a sequence structures, you need some more of the LabVIEW tutorials. It has even been removed from the palettes because the use is obsolete and not recommended.

Use a proper state machine. Reduce the size of each screen so you can see the entirety without scrolling. If all that you understand is Express VIs, your program is deeply flawed in all probability.

Have you thought about using subVIs instead? It would make the code much more readable.

I'm already using multiple subVIs.  It's an intricate program.
