Please help why my VI runs so slow?

 My VI runs too slow (several seconds!) on P4 3.2 GHz  and 1G ram. The SubVI out the loop is just read a text file and takes less than 0.1s. All other SubVIs are similiar to the attached second SubVI (SD_of_Incrementad....).

What are the settings on your subVI? Are the subVIs set to be reentrant or is your vi waiting until one version sof hte subvi si finished running before it can use it again? Without you having attached all the parts I can't run it myself to see how it is functioning. Check this Knowledge Base for more information on reentrant subVIs.
