Pixel Values of 3D picture

Is it possible to get pixel values of a 3D picture!!!!!!!!

What do you mean by that? You want to select a object by 'clicking' on the 3D picture control? Or you want to obtain the 3D coordinates of object?

This would help us to give a better response.

My issue is i have a 3d scene with a couple of objects like light sources, when there is change in the brightness in a 3D scene how to measure it and get the values for region of interest, please suggest some methods.

The pixel brightness would of course depend on the location of the camera.  You can export the current view as a picture ("Render to Image" method of the 3D Picture Control) will give you an array of pixel values.
