PXI-7831R DIO defekt?

Ich habe folgendes Problem. An meiner PXI-7831R am Port 0 (MIO) verhalten sich die DIO 2 und 5 sehr merkwürdig. Ich hab eimmer nur 5 V- Signale angelegt.

Der DIO 2 Hat bei Ausgangsfunktion logische 0 1,2V und bei logischer 1 3,2 V. Wenn ich ihn als Eingang schalte dann fließen 50 mA. Wenn ich diese 50 mA nicht liefern kann wird nichts am EIngang erkannt 

Der DIO 5 bringt in Ausgangsfunktion nur 0V und Als Eingangsfunktion erkennt er gar nichts mehr.

Wie gesagt ich habe immer nur 5 V-Signale angelegt. Wie kann es sein daß die EIngänge defekt sind. Oder kann ich irgend etwas anderes falsch gemacht haben und die Anschlüsse sind gar nicht defekt?

Ich habe auch schon mehrere SCB-68 Boxen angeschlossen. Immer der selbe Effekt.

thank you for posting at the National Instruments Forum. At which pin numbers of the SCB-68 have you connected to your sensors?

Can you provide the FPGA-VI?
