PXI-5105 wrong measurement

Hello,

I'm working on a project where I have to measure a square signal of 10KHz with a max of +3V and a minus of -17V

Somehow my program doesn't do this correctly(as shown in the printscreen).

When I execute the exact same measurements with an Agligent scope, I do get the correct measurements.

Can someone help me with this please?

How are you dividing the signal in order to go into the scope?  The max range of the scope is -15V to +15V.  So it will clip your negative side of the signal if you are not attenuating it.  And your configuration has a probe attenuation of 10.
