That is "index array", resized for more inputs. Look in the array palette.

Also note that the image is a LabVIEW snippet. Drag it to your diagram, and it will turn into functional code.

Hello sir. Can you send the program you drew in 'Vi' format? I guess I can't find the modules you are using because the version has changed.

As mentioned, the image is a "snippet". Drag the image to your desktop. Then drag the image to the block diagram

of a new vi. 

Or you can try this new and improved version attached.

In this version, a change to the feedback "taps" produces a Maximal Length sequence.

For 8 bits this will be 254 unique values (everything but all zeros).
