PID missed in LabVIEW 8.2 version

Original, I have LV 8.0 and Add on PID toolkit installed on my machine.

Both work fine. Recently, I installed the new version LV8.2 and Addon PID toolkit on my machine. However, after installation, I cannot see PID toolkit  in LV8.2. When I start LV8.0 version, I can see it. Resinstall LV8.2 and Addon PID toolkit, the same thing happens. Any ideas and hints. Thanks.

See this thread to have the toolkits spread over multiple versions of LV. There is a good link in there over to the LAVA site. Also this has been asked many times here lately and i think that there is even an NI whitepaper but i do not have time to look for you right now.

Great, get it works. Thanks a lot.

Just curious, is it really diffcult to do this upgrade? This is just a matter of manually copying files from one directory to another directory.

This question has been raised since LV7.0,  so, I really doubt the NI service guys. Do they really busy on NI sales? For every show I paritcipated, they would ask me what's my plan to buy NI product :).  Why not take more time on techniqcal things other than sales show.
