Opening .cap files for demodulation

I'm working on a project that opens .cap files to run them through demodulation. They are basically raw I/Q radio files. I haven't been able to figure out how to make it so that labview could understand them. Does anyone know how to solve the problem?

What's the file format of .cap files? You may be able to open it in a text editor to see how it is formatted, then resave it as another file. If you post your .cap file then other people can try to get it to work.
