Thanks for your suggestion. Yes, in my actual program I am doing some thing similar to your code. The program that I attached is a reference implementation to explain the issue.

Thanks for your reply. You are right wait on notification from multiple vi is the key. Sorry I missed that, when I first scanned the post . I also found another thread in LAVA, that discusses the same problem.
