Negative values of current with positive voltage value

Hi, I am using DAQ tool for power measurements. I am doing the power measurements for CPU current. I am getting sometimes negative values of current but positive values of voltage. Are these negative values of current by noise? Regards D.verma

There is no way to tell from the given information. "DAQ tool" is too generic to be useful. What is the hardware?

It could be noise or a calibration problem or something else.

Please describe your exact measurement setup and maybe attach some typical data.
