NI_Database_API.lvlib missing

When I tried to open project on anther PC, it said NI_Database_API.lvlib missing.

I can be open correclty on the original PC.

On the new PC both 2009 and 8.6 were installed, I am using 8.6.

I searched hardish, the database toolkit is there but no such file named NI_Database_API.lvlib.

Any suggestion, thanks.

I already downloaded the library but it's locked, I need password. Do you have it?
