NI Background Services

I have LabVIEW 2013 installed on my personal Windows 8 PC. There are so many NI background Services running even though I don't start LabVIEW. The background services slow down my computer's performance.

I only use the LabVIEW on my personal PC to build the VIs, but I have another PC in my lab  to which all the hardware is connected to run LabVIEW for control/automation...

Should I disable these services? How do I know which one I need or don't need? Can I turn all of them to "Manual" instead of "Automatic Delayed Start"? Will Manual cause any issues when I am acutally using LabVIEW on my personal PC to build VIs?

Thanks for the link.

It is still unclear to mean from the article if I"ll have issues when set to "Manual" method? If I set a service to Manual, will LabViEW automatically start the service when needed?
