NI 9476

Hello all:

I have 2 questions:

1. I am using the 9476 with a CB-37F-HVD terminal block. Must I set the Vsup channels in my LabVIEW program to TRUE for their respective digital I/O channels to allow for the supply voltage to be passed through the remaining I/O channels? Or is it energized immediately upon connection to a power supply (I suspect this because I don't see any Vsup channels in my project explore I/O list)?

2. I saw an older post on relays cycling in their ON/OFF states using the 9476. I am using a cRIO 9024. Any idea why this is happening? Overcurrent?

Thanks!

Hi,

1. Vsup is the power connection for the extermal power supply. I don't understand what you want to do in LabVIEW with Vsup

2. I would help if you add the link to that post. As long you do not use more current than stated in the manaul it should be no problem.
