NI 488: command requires GPIB controller to be controller in charge

This is what I'm getting. Also I get error 56 sometimes at the TCP Open Connection terminal sometimes in another VI. 

Can you find the possible cause of the error?

most probably the queue reference is invalid (as the error occures at Dequeue function)…

But, the error occurs only once or twice a day, the program works fine rest of the time. The occurence of error is very random.
