.NET constructor error

I am trying out a TWAIN .NET library from vintasoft. The library looks very promising, but all I managed to do with it sofar is an error from the constructor node: error 1172 (file or assembly name or one of its dependencies was not found in vi). Of course I did point the constructor to the library and it also exposes all its methods and properties. It just keeps returning this error when I run the vi.
I run LV7.1 (and I am considering to patch it to 7.1.1) on winXP
I have just .NET framework 1.1 installed and yes, I also rebooted. According to the website the library will run on framework 1.1 and more. The library is also added in the list of .NET assembly references.

Any suggestions? Thanks,

Aart-Jan

Is the library in the same folder (directory) as your vi?
