This VI is one of the examples the NI presents for syncing multiple chassis with module 9469s. I have gotten this to work if the sample mode is set to continuous. While the sample mode is set to continuous it still will continuously run the hardware, but only log the number of samples as listed in samples per channel. If I try to end the sampling prior to the set amount of samples are collected it will error. This is why I would like continuous sampling so I don't need to worry about too much or too little since my testing changes.
Additionly, I am using NI-9229 and NI-9227 modules. The slowest sampling is 1676 samples/second. Some tests I would like to sample slower, but I have not found a way with still preserving the correct time stamping.
Any advice and/or reference material would be greatly appreciated.
