Hey all,
I am trying to write AVI frames to file, and found that I needed to find a better video codec than the one I was using, because I am recording ~hours of data. However after installing a few, I found that IMAQ AVI2 Get codec names.vi is not returning codecs that Windows shows are installed. After searching the forums, I found this, which seemed to suggest that this problem had been fixed awhile ago:

To pile on to the issues, the original reason I had to search for a new codec is that I was running into the 2GB AVI size limit (with the default and FFV1 codecs), which I also didn't think was an issue anymore. Anyone else still having these types of issues? Is there something I don't understand about how Windows VCM works?
Running:
LabVIEW 2014 SP1 (64-bit)
Vision Acquisition Software Feb 2015
Vision Development Module 2014 SP1
