Microchip Checksum thru PM3CMD

Hi,

Is there any way that I can check the checksum of a programmed IC?

I just need this to verify if the hex file is properly loaded on the IC. CMD already has an option of checking the checksum of the HEX FILE, but nothing says about checking the checksum IN THE IC.

Any Ideas?

What kind of IC? Memory chip, controller, FPGA? There are an awful lot of things that you can load hex files into.
