MB Serial Slave Demon & Box dialog

Hi,

I didn't get an answer on the french forum. I try here.

I have a problem with the "MB Serial Slave Demon vi" (NI MODBUS). In fact, when I open a dialog box (file or message) in a loop parallel to "MB Serial Slave Demon.vi", the "MB Serial Slave Demon.vi"stop communication with the Master (read / write registers). The problem is that the ExecVI method (sorry i have french version) in "MB Serial Call Wait on Query.vi" (see picture below) does not give the hand until the dialog box is displayed. Why?:

Attached  "MB Serial Example Slave.vi" example modified, i added in the event structure an Add button to see the problem. This example can be tested with "MB Serial Exemple Master.vi".

Any idea?

I don't understand why the method does not give the hand. But, to solve the problem, I substituted "MB Serial Call Wait on Query.vi" by  "MB Serial Wait on Query.vi".
