So i'm trying to build an M-PSK system and the output bitstream doesnt seem to match the input bitstream. For 4-PSK, it seems to replicate the input bitstream but with a delay. However, for 8-32 PSK, it doesnt seem to transmit the data effectively. Any thoughts? I've tried incorporating some of the sample vis of LabVIEW to my own and still nothing.

I would recommend looking trough the MT QAM Transceiver example. This is located at the following path on my PC:
C:\Program Files (x86)\National Instruments\LabVIEW 2015\examples\Modulation\simulation examples\Interactive
This does M-QAM mod/demod. It adds sync and guard bits to the bitstream but accounts for this by removing and realigning the bitsreams so the end result is getting a matching transmitted and received bitstream.
