Labview Vision acquisition software

I have a customer that would like to use labview Vision acquisition software. I have created deployed applications for this customer. If I use Vision Ico system software is that also Deployable in an application?

What is Vision Ico? If you use Vision Acquisition Software (VAS) in your application (this is like IMAQ, IMAQdx, and some image manipulation), you need an extra license of it on each computer that you deploy your executables to. I think it's ~$440 per license.
