Labview 16.0 32bit crashes at first splash screen Error: Unknown (0xC06D007E) at EIP=0x74EBC42D

Consistantly getting this exact same error upon launching Labview 16.0.

I have ran sfc, no corrup files there

ran dism, log is linked below, because i am on Windows 7 I cannot run a repair on those errors.  But I believe those should not be causing this issue.

Have tried a uninstall and reinstall (have yet to try an flagged reinstall from cmd)

At this point I'm at a complete lose so any help would be fantastic.

It is Win10 however... Try that flagged -reinstall from cmd, but first fully update Win7.

Looks like there was an issue with the computers Windows Updater.  I went ahead and manually installed the updates on the computer and everything seems to be working well.  Thanks!
