If you change the port number, you need to change it on both the client and server.

 

I still think you have a firewall issue which is blocking the client from connecting to the server on the port you are using. I would try adding TCP port 139 to your firewall exceptions list and/or try disabling the firewall on the specific connection (which sometimes does something different to just turning off the firewall). Maybe you have multiple firewall programs installed?

 

In any case - it's a network configuration issue rather than a LabVIEW one so I suggest you talk to some IT guys.
