LabVIEW Crash

Whenever I make create a distribution of my LabVIEW program, I get the crash error shown in the picture. Does anyone know what this means?

I had a problem similar to this. I notice you're building it in 32-bit. Is it possible you saved it in 64-bit at some point and have some data secretly saved in a control somewhere? Like in a chart history or something? Or even just a chart history set with an extra order of magnitude? Go to your VI properties window and look at your memory usage. See if anything is surprisingly high.
