LabVIEW: Comtrade: Cannot open the data storage file.

Hello, I'm trying open comtrade .cfg and .dat file with Electrical Power Suite. I can create or replace this files but unfortunatelly I cannot open this file for reading.

I always get error in picture below. I have already installed comtrade data plugin and *.cfg file path is correct. LV2011.

Hi. What is your OS system locale (English, German, etc)? You can change the locale to English and try again. If it still doesn't work, would you please attach your COMTRADE files for us to have a check.

Hey isn't in cfg file saved in unicode? LabVIEW VIs for cfg/ini files doesn't support unicode encoding.

It should be interoperable between systems of different locale. Unfortunately, we have some problems with it so far. We will fix it in Electrical Power Suite 2015.

Thanks to all for reply. Of course, there was problem with my CZ location and dot, comma characters differences. When I set up US location, everything works fine. 🙂
