LabVIEW Commnication with FPGA

No the Arduino is connected to the FPGA and communicates with it.

So the PC is talking to the Arduino via RS-232 and then the Arduino is talking to the FPGA via RS-485? If this is the case, you just need an RS-485 card and program the communications protocol to directly talk to the FPGA.

No sorry i wasn't very clear. The Arduino is connected to a small touchscreen LCD interface which sets the parameters, and changes voltage magnitude and phase.

At first i was just looking at replacing the touchscreen interface with LabVIEW using LINX, but could not find a way to do it.

So now i am looking for a way to communicate LabVIEW and the FPGA directly.
