The error described in this thread is definitely not specified enough that anyone even a very versed LabVIEW user could claim to run in the exactly same crash. Unfortunately just because your software crashes, this doesn't mean that it has the same reason than the umtien million other possible crashes that can happen.

Open a new thread, attach as much as possible information about your crash including OS, LabVIEW and any driver versions that your app uses and work from there. And if you have a LabVIEW maintenance support contract, call technical support and work directly with an Application Engineer on your problem.

Basically NI confirmed that they could reproduce the crash once we gave them our software.  They were going to pass it on to the LabVIEW developers so they could trace into the run time and figure out why it's crashing.  So, no, no solution other than the figure out what code of yours is triggering this bug and then work around it.  In our case, it seemed like Queues of clusters created in dynamic processes where involved.
