LabVIEW自身的函数是无法读取优盘序列号的，不过你可以用LabVIEW调用VB，C#程序来读取序列号，或者调用ActiveX来访问微软提供的优盘读取方法。

i dont know if you are reffering to a Flash Drive or Reading Serial Number of VISA Devices
