Keeping track of elapsed time after an event occurs

Hello,

I have a temperature monitor wired to a light which activates if the temperature exceeds 5K, using the express comparison VI.  What I would like to do is have an indicator which shows how long the temperature has been exceeding this value.  For instance, if the temperature has steadily risen from 5 K for 8 minutes, the temperature monitor should read 8 minutes.  Does anyone know how to do this?  Ideally, the timer would also reset itself once the temperature goes below 5K.
