I want to shown intensity graph in polar format -  with interpolated colors.
given a radius and  a phase angle I want to show intensity( Z value) as color

CKSlv,

There is no ready to run example of a polar intensity graph.  However, it is possible to create one.  I found several threads about 3D and intensity polar plots, but only one with a complete solution, which is very impressive.

I am not sure if that is something that you could use or not though.  In general, you can use the Polar Plot.vi to generate the radius and angle data points, and then you can adjust the colors for your third axis.  This will have to be programmatically implemented though.

Hope this helps!
