  1. Is the device CY8CKIT I2C supported with LabVIEW2013?
  2. How can i use this device in LabVIEW?

If you can use the device as an I2C slave, National Instruments does have some I2C/SPI interfaces.

It looks like it comes with its own program though and I really don't know what that program does or if you could possibly call that program from LabvIEW.
