Is it possible to plot the same color for every curve automatically. I use basic XY graph with bundle for data.

No.  You will either need to set the properties through the dialog box.  Or use the property nodes of the graph to set the Active Plot then set the color of the plot.  This can be done in a For Loop.

Another possibility would be to combine all data into a single plot. To avoid drawing of the right-to-left connecting line, insert a single NaN after each trace.
