I think, I myself ve fixed the problem of the Xscroll.
Do ve a look at the att VI n tell me Ur opinion...

Nice solution. Just hidding the X scrollbar when the waveform size is < 100. I tried it and it works good. This will work as a simple waveform editor VI.
