Instrument Driver Import Wizard for LabVIEW2015 not found

I want to use an IVI Driver for TTI LD400P.

In this Help for LV2015

http://zone.ni.com/reference/de-XX/help/371361M-0113/lvexcodeconcepts/importing_shared_library/

and here again:

http://zone.ni.com/reference/en-XX/help/371361M-01/lvmeasconcepts/types_of_instrument_drivers/

you can find the following link

http://www.ni.com/gate/gb/GB_INFOLVINSTDRIVER/US

to the Instrument Driver Import Wizard, but there is no version for 2015. The installer of version IDIW2014 aborts, because no LV2014 is found.

Search function at ni.com and with google does not find a IDIW for 2015

Any Idea? THX

The first help document links to a tool that's used to bring dll code into LV using wrappers hiding the call library function nodes from you and making it easier for you.

The last link calls out support for up to 2014.

Have you tried asking someone to run the 2014 version for you and uploading the results?  I'd expect the VIs created for 2014 would smoothly translate to 2015 for you.

1. After reading all help and readme, that came with the IVI-Driver, i found out, that the IVI-Driver only works in 32-bit Windows.

2. LabViews "Instrument Driver Import Wizard" is only available to LV2014.

So i walked "the path of least resistance" and changed my Setup to Win7-32, LV2014-32. Import wizzard imported IVI-Driver without problems and basic functions seem to work. Complete software will take me some months or more (this project has a lot hardware and paper work), hope all functions work fine. If there are problems, i come back here.

doubleuy, if you need help, let me know
