I don't know if this Vi is going to work because it has some sub vi's and I don't know how can I save it as a library files. If you tell me I can send you then. Thank you.

I think I found a way to save as a library file. So, attaching as library files which ever works for you take it. Thank you.

I'm not sure what you are trying to do exactly, but here is a simpler VI that should give you an idea. For simplicity, I've used an existing transposed 2D array. Let me know if you have any questions about this.
