Image.TIF files with "tags".

Is it possible to use the TIF tags as a way of saving information about the image along with the image?

TIFF tag's are not available to write / read - however, information can be saved with an image using a PNG format and the IMAQ Write Image And Vision Info.vi and the IMAQ Write Custom Data.vi. Then you can read it in using IMAQ Read Image And Vision Info.vi and the IMAQ Read Custom Data.vi.

These functions are available with the IMAQ Vision Development Module.
