First of all, Windows 10 isn't officially supported by NI...Windows 8/8.1 is still only 'partially' supported as per the information here: http://www.ni.com/labview/os-support/

I found this thread - http://forums.ni.com/t5/LabVIEW/Why-does-LabVIEW-2009-revert-to-the-old-icon-editor/td-p/1126295 - it sounds like something broke the Icon Editor VI so it reverts to the 'old' icon editor. Do any of the fixes listed there help? What happens when you try to open the Icon Editor VI directly?

Thanks Sam for your support!

I fixed the issue, i debugged the "..\LabVIEW 2014\resource\plugins\lv_icon.vi" and found that error was generated while accessing some of the files from Administrator folder. It seems to be the permission/security issue. Now I am running the LabVIEW as Administrator and it is working correctly.

Thanks again Sam.

Rajesh
