IMU Microstrain 3DM-GX3 and the drivers

Hi everybody. Somebody can help my with this IMU? I connected to the computer and I tried to run the LabView example Microstrain 3DM-GXx, and I couldn't obtain data from the IMU with the example.

Greetings, are you getting any error messages? How are you communicating with the device? (Serial, GPIB, USB, etc)

The 3DM-GXx drivers were written for MicroStrain's 3DM-GX2 and Inertia-Link products. The drivers do not work on the 3DM-GX3-25 because the communication commands are different. LabVIEW drivers may be downloaded with the 3DM-GX3-25 SDK available on the MicroStrain web site http://www.microstrain.com/updates/GX3_Orientation_SDK.zip.

Does anyone have the drivers for the 3DM-GX3 -45? I don't want to reinvent the wheel if someone already created the LabVIEW code for it.

The drivers for the 3DM-GX3-45 are available from the same microstrain site referenced in the previous post.

Should be towards the bottom.

I am talking about the LabVIEW code. The 3DM-GXx project does not work with the GX3 -45.

Where is the 3DM-GXx project that you are trying to use?  Is it an example from the NI website or one provided by Microstrain?

LabVIEW sample code for the MicroStrain 3DM-GX3-45 may be downloaded at this link: http://files.microstrain.com/MIP%20LabVIEW%20Sample%20Code.zip.  The Data Communications Protocol manual may be downloaded at this link: http://files.microstrain.com/3DM-GX3-45-Data-Communications-Protocol.pdf.  The LabVIEW sample code is written using the instructions for commands and responses found in the Data Communications Protocol manual.
