How can I convert a "Channel" to a "Signal" ?

If you have installed the NI DAQmx Device Drivers, In LabVIEW, you will find this function in the location shown in the pic attached

Gramatically and Electronically, you can only 'read or write'  a signal on a 'relevant' channelSmiley Very Happy

As I said, install NIDAQmx drivers that you will find here

NI-DAQmx, 8.3 should be fine for you
