waveforms only have one timestamp and a delta, which means in waveforms each datapoint is delta-time later than the previous one .. in other words the difference between two datapoints is uniform
since my own measurements are with varying deltas, i have my tdms with a timestamp channel and seperate data channels, so for every data entry there is a corresponding timestamp.
depending on your volume of data stored in tdms it might help doing that yourself
