How to retrieve the file creation date in program?

Hi,

I am writing a vi to find the file in a folder that was created most recently. Anyhow, I was not able to find a system function that allow me to get the creation date of a file. Can you help me to solve the problem?

How about "File I/O >> Advanced File Functions >> File/Directory Info" ?

I tried this function. But it only returns the modified date not creation date.
