Actually a completely different because the LED of this question was talking about the software LED in LabVIEW. You are talking about a real hardwire LED attached to an arduino.
If you need to turn off that LED, then you need LabVIEW to tell the Arduino to write a 0 to its digital output before your LabVIEW program ends.
