Dear forum,
consider the following problem:
I load a picture into LabVIEW as an IMAQ (Vision Module).
Now I select two regions of interest (ROIs A and B), which cover an overlapping regions of the picture.
Is it possible to have a selection that results from the cut of A with B?
(Set theoretically writing: A \ B)
Kind regards,
Jan

Are your ROIs square, circle, or free hand? Can you post an example?
Think you are asking for "not (A union B)"

Referring to the quoted website, I am looking for case 4) "A - B" or "A complement B".
To quote the site:
Everything in A except for anything in its overlap with B.

Can you do a fill (white or black) of area B then just grab A? That would have all of A with the B portion filled in with a solid color?

A complement B
